Pricing and Services

INTERIOR SELECTIONS:

Interior finishes and selections are a key piece to our services at KBI. Most clients that come to us with a set of plans still have interior selections to be made. This component of our services is designed for you. We will collaborate on finding your personal style and visit local and online vendors. Then, the KBI team will put together curated selections for your review and approval. 

DESIGN RATES:

• Senior Designer $250/hr

• Design Assistant $150/hr 

• Junior Design Assistant $100/hr

PROJECT BILLING:

Based on your project size, you will be invoiced on a retainer basis.

PLANS SERVICES:

Our typical Interior plans can include but are not limited to: 

• Demo plan 

• Floor plan

• Electrical plan (does not include A/V)

• Interior elevations 

• Cabinet plans

• Door and Trim layout and elevations

• Finish schedule

• Tile layout (details, patterns and elevations)

• 3D room design (priced per job)

A LA CARTE INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES:

• Furniture Layout: $350 per room (onsite measurements and two furniture layouts digitally presented)

  *furniture selections are charged hourly/bulk packages

• Window Treatment Consultation: $150 per room 

• Wallpaper Consultation: $350 per room

• Paint Consultation: $200 per room. Includes 30 min consultation, 4 samples/supplies for you to test and documentation of decision

  * additional borrowed samples from our library are limited to 3 days/ $7 each

• Retail Shopping with client (in person or online): $250 per hour fee and cost plus 20% of the purchased item
