Our Design Process
Phase One: Design
Our journey embarks with a personalized consultation, serving as the foundation of each project. Once our initial proposal garners your approval, contracts are formalized, retainers are settled, and client assignments are fulfilled. This transition phase involves meticulously curating every component. As the preliminary blueprints turn into tangible plans, our team diligently gathers material samples, specifications, and select furnishings. We then present you with the design layout and project estimate and discuss any modifications. Once documents are signed and deposits are completed, we will move onto phase two.
Phase Two: Procurement + Project Management
In phase two, we transition into acquiring the materials, textiles, design components, fixtures, and furnishings we have meticulously chosen. This stage encompasses more than just placing orders. Our dedicated team will take charge overseeing lead times, orchestrating deliveries with our receiving warehouse, conducting thorough inspections of each item, and arranging the assembly of any furnishings needed before the installation process. During this time, we revisit your project estimate and update digitally. We make it a point to provide regular updates that offer a clear understanding of the anticipated total investment. This communication ensures transparency and allows you to see both the financial aspect of your project and any adjustments in timeline for installation.
Phase Three: Installation
This is the exciting phase when all of the design and furnishings become a reality! The length of installation phase is determined by the size and scale of your interiors project. When the time comes (all construction is complete, job site is clean, and we note any small punch list tasks left to be done) our team will then begin interior installation. We wrap up the project with capturing photos of the completed project. It's time to celebrate a job well done and you enjoy a brand new space.
